Ever since OpenAI came out with the Custom GPTs feature back in November 2023, I’ve been busy 😊

Here is a list of Custom GPTs that I’ve been working on:

1. PETAL Wildlife Store – a shopping assistant that will help you pick out products for your kid(s) from our nonprofit website based on your preferences!

2. Customer Success Org Chart – this GPT will help you, a Customer Success leader, create an organizational chart and success model based on your inputs.

3. Customer Health Analysis – want to know which accounts will churn this year? Let this GPT help you, a Customer Success Manager, analyze accounts and provide you with insights.

I always look forward to Fridays and that’s because I usually set up my Mentoring calls on that day!

I’m fortunate to be collaborating with Women in Revenue and Women in Customer Success (WiCS) to offer 1:1 and Flash Mentoring for up and coming Customer Success professionals.

I help them with career transition strategies, upskilling techniques, salary negotiations and effective customer communication!
