Many people might not be aware, but Artificial Intelligence has roots going back to the 1950s with the Turing Test and the Dartmouth Summer Research Project, which marked the beginning of AI as an academic field.

Since then, developments in knowledge based systems and machine learning algorithms, along with increased data availability and more powerful computing, have expanded AI’s capabilities. Today, with Generative AI, individuals can automate tasks and perform creative and analytical functions that closely mimic human intelligence!

In my role as Advisor for ZapScale, a Customer Success Platform for B2B SaaS companies, I write about how Artificial Intelligence and Automation can be utilized by Customer Success leaders in their everyday tasks to drive customer engagement, adoption and ultimately retention.
